International Food Fest Volunteers Needed!!!

July 4th weekend International Food Fest 2009
Hosted by the Marquette County Exchange Club

The Marquette Exchange Club is proud to be holding the July 4th, International Food Fest again this year.

This year’s hours will be:
Thurs. July 2nd 4p – 10:30p, Fri. July 3rd 12noon – 10:30p,
Sat. July 4th 12noon – 10:30p, with Fireworks Sat. July 4th at Dusk.

Many Volunteers are needed to help put on this event. The Exchange Club invites anyone interested in helping out this year to contact them for a volunteer sign-up sheet. They welcome individuals and groups. Volunteers can check in at the event’s Token Tent (Volunteer Headquarters.)

New Volunteers are always welcome throughout the event too.

This year should be even bigger and better. They have many new kids tents/rides, plus a bungee ride for kids of all ages. They’re lucky to have more food vendors this year also, making this years event more of an International feel.

Thank you Marquette County for all your support. All fund raising proceeds from this event go directly back into our community. The Marquette Exchange Club gives away monies throughout the year to their national cause: the prevention of child abuse, as well as many youth oriented groups, they support many different veterans groups, also organizations geared towards helping the elderly.

If anyone would like more information on volunteering, please contact someone you know in the Exchange Club, or Contact: Staci Like 869-5055, stacilike@gmail.com fax: 228-6602.

The Marquette Exchange Club is always looking for new members. If you believe in Patriotism, Americanism, and Community Service, they would be honored to have you join their club. For more information on becoming a member, please contact them at the above information.
