A beautiful ballad penned by NZ singer/songwriter Bryce Wastney is perfect for summer. The song was chosen out of 3000 entries to be featured in the multi award winning surf / adventure film Last Paradise, which packed out the largest cinemas in USA & currently touring Japan.
The music video features epic scenes from the film and the result is simply breath taking. Bryce’s vocals soar as the hang gliders float above the southern alps of New Zealand. Joining him on this track as a duet is NZ’s multi award winning country singer Aly Cook.
This song is the next single from “Beyond The Afterglow” album and was released under Tabitha Records, UK who agree this a strong track to follow the success of the last single “Ok Alright” which rose to #66 in the Top 100 Hit Tracks Charts in Europe last month.
Bryce is embarking on a national tour in New Zealand in August and is raising awareness & promoting child sponsorship for education alongside humanitarian organisation World Vision, with whom he is an active ambassador.
Bryce’s songs are actively promoted by radio promotions giant Musik & Film, USA and have been picked up by over 60,000 radio stations worldwide.
“Wastney has a husky low vocal register and power in reserve when he opens up. He could be an Antipodean Jack Johnson..” Jacob Connor – NZ Musician magazine
